This is essential to savour the continued success of the wireless industry and it is binding on any one who uses our E-SMS service (including our clients/partners as well as our resellers and their user).
Spam messages here, are defined as unsolicited messaging send to the mobile subscriber in order to extort their valuables from them or to mislead them. This anti-spam policy must be interpreted with this definition in mind and customers of E-SOLUTIONS must therefore apply the following principles:
- No SMS must be sent to mobile subscribers without prior consent by the mobile subscriber.
- Code of conduct applied to Direct marketing must be used and text displayed most clearly state or illustrate the service that are offered.
- Marketing campaigns must clearly identify who is providing the service (originator) and clearly state the expense of the service promoted in accordance to Advertising legislation
- No false or misleading message should be sent using the E-SOLUTIONS service.
Any evidence of customers not adhering to this anti-spam policy will cause immediate suspension of the service and might also result in the termination of contract and freezing of all E-SMS credits. bulksmsweb.com reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against the originator.
In general, the MAB E-SOLUTIONS AND DESIGN COMPANY adheres to and complies with the Anti-spam control act of her partners and our gateway can easily detect and disconnect any user sending spam messages. |
